Insect repellent, Torch Light, raincoat (umbrella not recommended), hat, and sun screen (sweat proof). Use good walking shoes and comfortable cotton T-shirt with long or short pant. Binoculars are provided by the guide, but you have to pay to the guide USD 10/Rm 40 per river cruise.
Day 1 – MY Nature Resort – Meals: Dinner only
Suggest flight arrival before 16:00hrs, 20-30min transfer in MY Nature Resort. Be Ready before 18:00hrs at “The Flying Squirrel” Platform to witness these amazing creatures in action. Guided night walk around resort after dinner.
A boardwalk is built with approx. 1,500 ft. long, going up and down structure for you to explore before dark, The Guided night walk will be conducted by our in-house guide as an optional Tour before or after dinner depends on weather condition. We do provide shuttle van for you to Sepilok that about 2km from resort or Rainforest Discovery Centre that about half km from resort.

Day 2 – Abai Jungle Lodge – Meal: BLD
09:00hrs Proceed to Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre

10:30hrs Sun Bear Conservation Centre
11:00hrs depart to Sim Sim Jetty for Schedule boat depart at 12:00 to Abai Jungle Lodge.
13:15hrs Lunch at Abai Jungle Restaurant.
14:00hrs Check in Abai Jungle Lodge (AJL).
Highlight of the day
16:30hrs river cruise to the best part of Kinabatangan River until the sunsets while enjoying a cup of coffee and by night falls continue night cruise to witness the fire flies as Christmas tree.
19:30hrs Dinner Serve at Jetty Facing Kinabatangan River.
After Dinner, Guided Night walk at our nature board walk (600m to 1000m)
Day 3 – Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge – BLD

Highlight of the day
16:30hrs River cruise to Menanggul River – a small tributary in Lower Kinabatangan, which contain richest nutrient in the darker river water attracts wildlife and commonly seen: crocodile, proboscis, macaques, king fisher, and orang utan etc.
19:30hrs Dinner at lodge
Day 4 – Borneo Rainforest Lodge – Meals: BLD
07:00 After breakfast, transfer to Lahad Datu then to Borneo Rainforest Lodge.
09:30 Depart for 2 and half hours overland journey on gravel road to Danum Valley Borneo Rainforest Lodge. This is the largest protected area of lowland dipterocarp rainforest in Sabah,covering 43800 hectares.
12:00 Arrive & Check In at the Lodge. Lunch
14:30 Slide presentation at Conference Room
15:00 Afternoon Trek: Introduction to the forest through “Nature Trails” and tree top “Canopy Walkway” 300m in length and 26m at the highest point for a close-up observation of the rainforest. After dinner, Night Drive in an open-top vehicle in search of nocturnal animal.
Day 5 – Borneo Rainforest Lodge – Meals: BLD
07:00 Breakfast at the Lodge.
09:00 – Morning Jungle Trek: Trek to the Kadazan dusun burial site – “Coffin Cliff” before proceed to “View Point” for a bird’s eye view of the area. Descend to the “Jacuzzi Pool” for a refreshing dip.
12:30 Lunch at the Lodge
15:00 Afternoon Jungle Trek or go for a relaxing session of ‘tubing’ down the Danum River. 19:00 Dinner at the Lodge
20:30 Night Walk in search of nocturnal animals.
Day 6 – Transfer out Lahad Datu Airport – BL
07:00 Breakfast at the Lodge, Guests at own leisure
12:00 Lunch at the Lodge
13:30 Check Out & depart for Lahad Datu airport (2 and a half hours drive)
